It is not a requirement to own a boat to be a member. Everyone is welcome to join, most of our members tend to be part of the British ex-pat community. Being primarily a sailing club, an interest in 'nautical' activities slides in easily with most of the conversations. Our membership continues to grow, currently as at January 2010, it proudly stands at over 160.

Potential members (or in fact anyone who just wants to find out about sailing in Cyprus) are welcome to come and have a drink, chat and sample the food any Friday lunch times or Tuesday evenings. The clubhouse is quite difficult to find (click here for Finding us). When you arrive for the first time, make yourself known to any of the committee members who will welcome you and tell you more about PISC.

Once you have made your decision, simply fill out the 'New member' application form (button on left), bring it along to any of the Friday meetings and present it to the Membership Secretary who will in turn introduce you to the rest of the committee. The cost of initial membership is a very reasonable €15 joining fee plus an annual membership of €35 making €50 in total or a Joint membership (i.e. two people sharing the same address) which has an initial joining fee of €25 plus an annual membership of €60 making a total of €85.
